Diageo’s sales force has a significant number of people dedicated to serving every retail client in the country. We proposed to do this entirely through Whatsapp, as 100% of the target, its employees, actively use it.

We defined to create short videos with all the necessary information and send it entirely through WhatsApp. The videos were designed and animated in story format and with low weight for easy distribution through the app.

The videos reflect the key sales messages of each of the Johnnie Walker, Smirnoff, VAT69 and Gordon’s brands, following their identities. The key messages are summarized in 50-second videos that provide information in a textual manner, with animations that help reinforce the idea so that it lasts longer and sellers gain market share within the industry.
