Our CEO planning her next trip to Asia


I’m organizing my trip to hashtag#Asia with CROING l Creative Agency, and you are coming along with me! 🌏


I believe Asia often sets trends years before the U.S. is ready to embrace them. My goal isn’t just to visit—it’s to understand their culture more and explore their evolution in advertising and innovation.


There are many reasons for this trip, but I was especially inspired by a post from Paula M., who traveled to hashtag#Shanghai with her PepsiCo colleagues to explore this dynamic market. Paula shared how she came back full of learnings and inspiration to "steal with pride" and share with her European team.


My relationship with Paula began more than 10 years ago when she was my teacher, and since then, she has been a source of inspiration. Today, as Chief Marketing Officer Europe at PepsiCo, she continues to lead with curiosity and purpose, and I truly admire that!


This trip is about observing, listening, and learning from everything that makes Asia unique: its culture, innovation, ability to connect tradition with modernity, its influence on music and entertainment, and its talent for turning bold ideas into tangible realities.
